Management Systems

The management of the company and its individual sections, (especially the management systems of work health and safety protection, and of quality and the environment), is based upon the adopted world-wide standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Individual products are also certified for their conformance to the relevant legislative and technical regulations. Professional supervision is undertaken by authorized external experts.

PRECHEZA a.s., (along with The Chemical Industry Union Of The Czech Republic), participates in the global activities of “RESPONSIBLE CARE – Responsible Care And Enterprise In Chemistry” and is also “Responsible Care” certified, with the right to use the Responsible Care logo.

Intergrated Policy Of Managment Systems
The integral part of all activities of PRECHEZA a.s., the producer of inorganic materials, is the systemic care of:
- occupational health and safety (OH&S) of employees and other persons within the company’s site,
- reducing negative impacts of the company on the environment,
- assurance of specified, agreed or assumed quality and safety of products, services and processes.

In accordance with this approach PRECHEZA a.s. commits itself:
1. To comply with relevant legal requirements and with other requirements which applies to the company or to which the company subscribed in the areas of OH&S, quality and environmental management.
2. To improve permanently performance and management system in OH&S, in environmental impacts of the company’s activities and in quality of production, services and processes.
3. To care about prevention of injury, ill health, pollution or other negative environmental impacts, imperfect products, services and processes.
4. To educate employees continuously towards the correct conduct of processes and awareness of their own responsibility in influencing quality, the environment and OH&S.
5. To communicate openly with those involved in order to set up reciprocal obligations, documenting their execution and achieving feedback to improve performance.

The integrated policy of the OH&S, environmental and quality management systems is binding on all employees of PRECHEZA a.s. and open to the public. It is communicated to all individuals who work for the company and those acting upon the company’s authority.
Management of the company is responsible for its implementation, understanding and maintenance on all levels of the organization.
